Completely car free, this village is inaccessible to cars in the winter due to heavy snowfall.

If money is no object, then perhaps a visit to St Moritz is in order. Billed as the ‘St Tropes of ski resorts’, the resort is three and a half hours away from Zurich. The ski destination of the rich and famous, this resort has been an exclusive getaway for 150 years. Featuring great off-piste terrain, an average of 322 days of sunshine a year and a great nightlife, St Moritz is one of the more expensive resorts in Switzerland.
